This is a fixed length strap made of vegetable tanned leather. It is  accompanied by solid brass hooks and rivets. Please note that vegetable tanned leather is a natural unfinished leather. This means it is prone to tanning in sunlight, picking up dirt and oils from everyday wear and environment, and reflects your personal use. Over time, this leather will darken and soften. Any stains or imperfections accumulated will even out, adding to the character and patina of the bag.

Note on lengths: Measurement is taken from end to end of hooks. We suggest a 21" strap if you prefer to wear your bag close to the body and over the shoulder. Our standard strap length for our Hobo is 40". Our standard strap length for our Crossbody and Mini Hobo is 44".
