READY TO SHIP (RTS):
SHIPS IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
Items in our Ready-to-Ship section will ship within 1-3 business days. Listings exclude any customizations or add-ons, and are sold as-is. If your order includes both RTS and MTO items, please allow additional time (up to 2 weeks) for your order to ship out.

MADE TO ORDER (MTO):
SHIPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS
Items in the Made-to-Order section are made by hand and made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for orders to be completed and ready to ship.

CUSTOM ORDER:
We will give you a shipping estimate prior to completing your order.

All orders within the US are shipped through USPS so expect to receive your bag within 2-5 business days, once shipped. International orders take 10-14 business days, once shipped.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred.

If, for any reason, you need your bag sooner, please inquire prior to checkout and we can expedite the process.
 

returns and exchange

To return an item purchased from the Umbrella Collective, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Items that are in new/unused condition can be returned for a refund. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, laundered, or have the normal marks of wear. Tags must be intact on the product you are returning. 

Returning an item for a refund back to your credit card or PayPal: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Please note, a deduction of $9 will be made for  restocking fees.

Returning an item for a store credit: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, however you will receive free shipping on your next order.

Exchanging an item: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange, however we will ship the exchange for free.

Please notify Umbrella Collective if you would like to return or exchange an item and instructions will be provided. A refund or store credit will be provided to you once the item is received and processed.

We do not accept returns on custom orders. 

If you purchased an item through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly. We cannot refund the purchase price of any item not purchased directly from us.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Umbrella Collective and we will fix the issue.
 

Warranty

We understand the value of a well made product and we want you to get as much use out of your Umbrella Collective product as you can. We provide a 1 year limited warranty on all of our products. If you encounter defects in hardware, connections, materials, or manufacture errors, we will fix it. If we are unable to fix it, we will replace it. This does not cover normal wear and tear of a product. Please contact us if you run into any issues with your Umbrella Collective products and have order number or receipt ready.
